We have just received news that Storm Buggies (Storm Road Legal Buggies / Performance Toys Ltd) are the importers and distributors of Joyner Buggies in the United Kingdom. 

Storm Buggies have also produced a “Road Legal” version of the Joyner Buggy.  Ian Batten, the Managing Director of Storm Buggies UK has predicted that their new Road Legal version of the Joyner Buggies will become a common sight on UK roadways as “the road legal buggy is the biggest and most exciting thing to happen in motoring in the UK for many years”.
